Dandelion Iced Latte
Iced Dandelion Latte is a detoxifying drink that is much healthier than iced coffee. It is made with roasted Danoffee dandelion root coffee which gives it a rich and full-bodied flavor and sweetened with stevia or sugar. Iced Dandelion Latte is flavored with a little bit of vanilla, a splash of organic soy milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Ingredients
1 tbs of Danoffee dandelion coffee
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of organic soy milk
1-2 drops of stevia
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Preparation
For 1-2 cups of coffee put a teaspoon of dandelion root coffee in percolator or French Press. Pour 300 g of boiling water and let it brew for 5-10 min for the maximum absorption of nutrients.
After the coffee has brewed for 5-10 minutes, pour half of coffee brew into an ice cube tray and place it in the freezer overnight. Let the remaining coffee come to room temperature and place in the fridge covered to cool for at least 2 hours.
Once the tea has cooled pour it into a serving glass. Add the organic soy milk, stevia to taste, vanilla and dandelion root tea ice cubes.
Serve Iced Dandelion Latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy.
